Privacy Notice
Effective and last updated: 4 August 2026. This notice explains how Citable Agency handles personal data collected through citable.agency.
Controller and contact
Citable Agency, Carrer Lleo 27, 43004 Tarragona, Spain, is the controller for the processing described here. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email hello@citable.agency.
Data we collect and why
When you contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email address, topic, service interest and message. We use them to respond to your request and take steps at your request before entering a contract. If you request a resource or a monthly checker re-check, we process your email and the related request to deliver it and, where you opt in, send the requested follow-up.
Our free checker also processes the domain you submit and the technical results it produces. A domain can be personal data in limited circumstances; we therefore treat it with the same care as other submitted information.
Analytics and local storage
Google Analytics 4 is optional. It is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics” in our preference panel. Your choice is stored in your browser so we can remember it. You may withdraw it at any time by clearing this site’s local storage and choosing again on your next visit.
Service providers and international transfers
We use Cloudflare to host and operate the website and its server-side services, Resend to deliver transactional and requested emails, and Google Analytics only with your consent. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are governed by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Provider arrangements and transfer safeguards should be reviewed by legal counsel as services change.
Retention
We retain contact, checker-subscription and resource-request data for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, meet a legal obligation, or perform an active client agreement. We then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.
Updates
We may update this notice when our processing changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
