Scope

These terms govern your use of citable.agency. The site provides information about Citable Agency’s GEO, SEO, web-development and related professional services. It is intended primarily for business users.

Proposals and client engagements

A website visit, contact request, published price, audit result or conversation does not create a client relationship. Scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timing, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights and any service-specific conditions are set out in the applicable written proposal, statement of work or client agreement. Those documents take priority if they conflict with these terms.

No outcome promise

Search, AI-platform and third-party directory results are controlled by independent systems and change over time. Citable Agency does not promise a particular ranking, citation, traffic level, revenue result, platform inclusion or timeline unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Permitted use

You may use the site and its free tools for lawful, reasonable business and research purposes. Do not disrupt the service, bypass rate limits or access controls, submit misleading data, scrape the site at a harmful volume, or use content in a way that infringes rights or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The site, its branding, methods, copy, visual assets and software are owned by Citable Agency or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may quote or link to publicly available material with attribution. No broader licence is granted without written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public site and free tools are provided “as is” and without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For paid work, the applicable client agreement governs liability and remedies.

Governing law and venue

For business-to-business matters, these terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Tarragona, Spain have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted by mandatory applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
